Door mats

We select fine quality coir fiber extracted from matured green husks to make attractive door mats. Golden color coir fiber is selected and twisted into coir yarn using specialized machineries. Then those yarns are chopped precisely and tufted into the base PVC layer to form the durable structure. We then cut the mats in different shapes and sizes and printed with eco-friendly water-based colors. Our facility is capable of manufacturing 60,000 Sq. meters per month. We are consistently expanding our capacity by increasing production facilities, adopting innovative production methods and following lean standards to reduce wastage and deliver the superior quality mats.
